 History 

There was a big change in 1990 for the owners of Wise & Associates Enterprises, Inc. (WAEI). After a successful 20 plus years of service in the Transportation Industry, the owner, Ken Wise and his wife Debbie decided they wanted to be in business for themselves. In August of 1990 WAEI was born.

WAEI is now celebrating over 25 Years of service and what a ride it's been! Ken and Deb are looking forward to another 25 years with the second and third generation of family working along with them to move to greater heights and diversify their business along the way to becoming better at servicing their present and future clients.

WAEI janitorial services pride themselves as being customer oriented, knowing their responsibilities to keep their customers looking great for their internal and external customers. And, worth mentioning, is the increases in the bottom line of their customers, through savings associated with using WAEI janitorial services.

Ken and Deb thank their many dedicated employees and clients for their growth over the past 25 years. They planted the seed and with their family's help and valuable employees loyalty through the years it's been a successful adventure. Now they all are looking forward to a very bright future.
