As a facility manager it is important to have a strong resource for janitorial work. Wise & Associates Enterprises, Inc. have been that provider for many years. We rely on them for daily office janitorial services, commercial janitorial services within our factory production areas and outside cleaning of the campus property beyond the interior of the buildings. We also rely on WAEI for other certain maintenance items such as ceiling replacements, exterior flooring replacement and emergency cleaning services. 

On one occasion a fire suppression line ruptured and flooded a significant production area as well as our administrative office.  WAEI assembled a large crew on site within minutes to supplement their resident crew. The disaster was remediated with no loss of production and no significant downtime in the office area.  We are grateful to have such a well-organized company as WAEI as our preferred provider for janitorial services.

In the construction business the final cleaning must be taken just as serious as the steel or electrical work.  Wise & Associates Enterprises, Inc. do just that.  Ken and I have done business for many years on many projects and all have ended well. Schedules are mutually important and we have yet to have an issue which couldn’t be resolved professionally and timely. Large or small WAEI has become my go to guy.
